Student Verification

Student Verification is the annual process for updating information for all returning PLCS students. It ensures we have the most current contact details, health information, acknowledgement signatures (handbooks, NSAA, etc.), and other essential data for your child.

Enrollment is the process for students new to our district. Student Verification is for existing PLCS students who are returning for the new school year.

The district will set a priority deadline for completing Student Verification prior to the start of the school year. For middle and high school students, Student Verification must be completed before they can receive their class schedules. For elementary students, it should be completed by the first day of school.

The process is entirely online. Log in to your parent account on our portal, click on "Student Verification" for each of your children, update the information, and submit.

You can retrieve your username or password using the "Need Username" or "Need Password" links on the login page.

You'll update emergency contacts, health information, communication preferences, bussing information, and other essential details. Additionally,  parents of middle and high school students will acknowledge the agreement for the 1:1 computer program.
